Terms of Service
Acceptance
By creating a Runko account or deploying a service, you agree to these terms. If you're using Runko on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Runko.
Acceptable use
Don't use Runko to host malware, run denial-of-service attacks, mine at the expense of shared resources, or violate the law. We may suspend workloads that threaten platform stability.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly in advance; usage-based charges bill in arrears. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period.
Liability
Runko is provided on an as-is basis. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months. Always keep your own backups.
