Overview
This policy explains what data Runko collects when you use our platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run your services reliably.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email), billing information when you pay, and operational metadata about your services such as deploy logs and resource usage. We do not read the contents of your application data or databases.
How we use it
To provision and operate your services, to bill you accurately, to provide support, and to keep the platform secure. We never sell your data.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of vetted cloud and SaaS subprocessors for hosting, payments, email, and error monitoring. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@runko.arovi.app. Self-serve dashboard controls will ship with the product.
